1. General terms
The services offered at La Bodega del Masaje are exclusively remedial massage and non-therapeutic massage intended for wellness. No medical treatments or diagnoses are provided. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before receiving the service.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling policy
- More than 24 hours' notice: a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: no refund.
- Rescheduling: permitted with at least 24 hours' notice.
- No-show: no rescheduling or refund.
3. Refunds and returns
- No refunds are issued on the purchase of packages and gift cards.
- Packages and gift cards cannot be redeemed once their validity date has passed.
- Where a refund applies, it will be issued using the same payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
