How we teach
You learn massage by giving massage. That's why our classes are mostly practical: theory is explained at the moment you need it to understand what your hands are doing.
We keep groups small so we can correct posture, pressure and rhythm person by person. The therapist's posture matters as much as the technique: badly positioned, you're the one who gets injured.

Do I need previous experience?
Not for the introductory courses: they start from zero. Workshops do assume some grounding, and we say so in each announcement.
How many people are in a group?
We work with small groups precisely so we can correct each person individually. The exact number is given for each course.
Can you run training for my company?
Yes. We design tailored programmes for teams, adapting length and content, either at our centre or at your premises.
