What it involves
We work the sole, the instep, the ankle and the toes with deep-release techniques, stretches and sustained pressure on the areas that carry the most load.
It draws on foot reflexology — the technique that links specific areas of the sole to the rest of the body — within a massage designed above all to relieve and rest.
Benefits
- Relieves tired, swollen or aching feet
- Releases tension in the sole and arch
- Boosts circulation in legs and ankles
- Surprisingly deep relaxation
- Helps you sleep better after a long day
Who it is for
For anyone on their feet all day — hospitality, retail, healthcare, teaching. For anyone who walks Malaga from end to end and finishes the day worn out.
And for anyone with cold feet, swelling by evening, or who has simply never given them half an hour. Pairs well with the relaxing massage if you want a longer session.
What is included
- Deep work on sole, instep, ankle and toes
- Foot reflexology techniques
- Warm oil and a calm room
- A hot towel to finish

Frequently asked questions
Is it ticklish?
The question we get most. The pressure is firm and sustained rather than light, which is exactly why it does not tickle. If you are very sensitive, tell us at the start and we adjust.
How is it different from reflexology?
Reflexology aims to act on other parts of the body through the sole. Here the goal is to relieve and rest the foot itself, borrowing reflexology techniques along the way.
Is this the same as barefoot massage?
No, they are different. Here we massage your feet. In Ashiatsu the therapist massages you using their feet.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes, available as a digital or boxed gift voucher.
